Government Accountability Project

Ron Simon, principal of the Washington, DC law firm of Simon & Associates, practices primarily in toxic torts, class actions, medical malpractice, personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, product liability, federal tort claims, governmental misconduct, and general negligence. He is the General Counsel for the American Legion National Headquarters and counsel for The Center for Health, Environment, and Justice, a leading environmental organization founded and run by Lois Gibbs, primary organizer at Love Canal. He is a former GAP Board member. Mr. Simon graduated from Harvard University and Harvard Law School.
