David J. Marshall, a partner at the Washington, D.C. law firm of Katz, Marshall & Banks, LLP, has successfully litigated a wide range of employment discrimination matters, including whistleblowers in the nuclear, financial and medical industries. Washingtonian Magazine named Mr. Marshall one of Washington's Top Lawyers for 2007. Mr. Marshall previously served as a staff attorney at Political Rights Defense Fund in New York, after which he worked for over a decade as a rank and file worker and union activist. He then joined the DC law firm of Bernabei & Katz in 1997 as Of Counsel. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Emory University, and in 1980 received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
