Kisun Kim, International Fellow

Kisun Kim, a public official of the Republic of Korea (South Korea), joined GAP as a special International Fellow in July 2010. In his role, he researches American whistleblower rights, focusing on the Whistleblower Protection Act, False Claims Act, Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, and other corporate whistleblower protections. His research is based on making comparisons between Korean and American whistleblower protections.

Prior to joining GAP, Kisun was in charge of the Whistleblower Protection and Reward Division of the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission (ACRC) in Seoul. He will return to the ACRC in June 2012 after completing the fellowship.
