Mr. Gulley received a J.D. from William & Mary Law School and a B.A. in English from the University of Georgia. He began his work at GAP in 2009, as an intern, during his final year of law school. Prior to working at GAP, he spent summers working at Central Virginia Legal Aid Society in Richmond, VA, and Rhode Island Legal Services, in Providence, RI. He is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
