Intake and Staff Attorney
Gabrielle DeStefano is the Intake and Staff Attorney at Government Accountability Project. Gabrielle brings several years of human rights and labor and employment law experience to Government Accountability Project.
In her role, Gabrielle coordinates and supports Government Accountability Project’s Intake services and FOIA requests. She acts as the primary point of contact for all individuals seeking Government Accountability Project’s assistance. Gabrielle also provides legal support to ongoing litigation work particularly as it pertains to whistleblowers who have disclosed fraud and serious risks to public health, safety, and the environment.
Gabrielle is a member of the Women’s and LGBT Bar Associations of New York. She received her B.A. from SUNY Geneseo; her J.D. from New England Law | Boston and is licensed to practice law in New York.
