Whistleblowers have bravely come forward to speak out against the surprising amount of children being placed in adult jails and prisons. Many of these children are being locked up with adult offenders simply for running away from abusive foster care homes.

The previously highlighted story underscores a gross mismanagement of taxpayer dollars.
