Whistleblower: US violates international law by sending asylum seekers to Mexico

Many people seeking asylum at the southern U.S. border are being sent back to Mexico, where they face violence from both cartels and security forces. A whistleblower from the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement tells Alex Witt that the U.S. is violating the law by sending people with viable asylum claims back to a country where they are not safe.
