The retaliation campaign against whistleblower Maria Bamieh now includes the threat of criminal prosecution, made by an agency of the European Union. Ms. Bamieh’s attorneys have also been threatened with prosecution. The threat is designed to annul Ms. Bamieh’s right to litigate on her own behalf by silencing her and all witnesses to the crimes that she reported.
